Premier are pleased to announce that they have once again passed their ISO 9001 external audit, resulting in the continuation of this important and prestigious accreditation. The Operations team continue to work within the framework of ISO 9001, ensuring that all processes within its Management Systems are maintained at all times. On Tuesday the team received notification that Premier can ensure the organisation meets applicable statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements in line with ISO 9001 guidelines.
Estelle Simmons, Operations Director for Premier, commented on the receipt of the accreditation, “Premier are once again the only audio marketing company in Europe to be accredited with ISO 9001. I’m really pleased to state that no non-conformances, observations or outstanding corrective actions were identified by the auditors.”
A key part of the annual calendar, this is the 6th year that Premier has maintained the ISO 9001 accreditation for quality performance within the delivery of its services to their customers.
