As part of our continued support of those facing challenges during the current coronavirus pandemic, Premier CX has produced a free-to-download advisory video for use in contact centres.
Covering current best practices, the video uses advice from NHS.UK to focus on the things that will help to minimise the transmission of COVID-19 and help to keep contact centre staff safe. It is free to download and use and comes both with and without subtitles, to suit any environment.
