Welsh Contact Centre Awards 2016

Welsh Contact Centre AwardsThis month we saw The Welsh Contact Centre Awards host their 18th annual awards ceremony. 22 organisations and individuals walked away with awards that recognised their outstanding contributions to the Contact Centre industry in Wales. The ceremony was hosted by comedian Jimmy Carr, who had no trouble keeping the audience entertained throughout the night!

As sponsors of the ‘Customer Engagement' award, we were delighted to present 118 118 Money their richly deserved accolade. Our very own Dan Simpson-Haas was on hand to present the award, and commented, “What a fantastic night, the event was brilliant and everyone clearly had a great night! A special well-done to 118 188 Money, it was an honour to present them with their award."

Events like this not only help to acknowledge innovation and efficiency within contact centres, but really shine a spotlight on a growing industry that continues to help millions of consumers each day.
