A brilliant evening at the Call North West gala awards dinner, saw the 10th anniversary honours taking place at Lancashire County Cricket Club’s Old Trafford stadium. This iconic setting played host to some of the best (and mischievous) contact centre teams in the North West of England, the UK’s largest contact centre region.
As sponsors of ‘Best Customer Experience Programme’, the Premier CX team were pleased to bestow the title upon RSA Motability. Kevin O’Connor (pictured), commented “It was another night of great laughs with the contact centre teams. Many congratulations to RSA Motability on their award for 'Best Customer Experience Programme'"
Customer experience continues to be a big drive for a lot of activity within contact centres. With this in mind, the Premier team are now very much looking forward to the next Call North West events in November and into 2016.
