Unfolding in the luxurious Bristol Marriot Hotel and hosted by comedian Russell Kane, the Premier CX team presented the award for Customer Service Representative of the Year to Vikki Keeling of Southwest One [pictured].
The evening is one of the industry’s most highly anticipated calendar events, with contact centre teams from across the South West vying for recognition amongst their peers. This year yielded another fantastic crop of customer experience experts and award-winning talent, placing the Premier team in excellent company.
