Online Multi-Channel Customer Experience Event

 The Premier CX team would like to thank all the delegates that attended our event at the IoD in London last month. The day was a fantastic success with delegates travelling the length and breadth of the UK to learn more about the use of video and multi-channel comms in the contact centre environment.




Guest speakers included Gurkan Yilmaz of London Borough of Enfield Council, and Megan Neale of Protocall One. With a vast amount of experience between them both, delegates were given an insight into detailed case studies and forecasts for this evolving instrument of customer experience.

An enormous thanks is also extended to our partners Synthetix who presented jointly with us, and without whom none of this could be possible. Their unique knowledge base and platform combines with the Premier CX creative proposition to construct a powerful video customer experience tool. Adam Ashcroft, Director of Synthetix, was really impressed with the level of engagement stating, “Everyone taking part today was fully engaged.
