Premier CX were proud category sponsors and judges at the North West Contact Centre Awards 2016. The black-tie awards dinner was hosted at the resplendent Palace Hotel in Manchester on Thursday 20th October. Hosted by actress, comedian, and impressionist Debra Stephenson [pictured], the 11th annual event was celebrated by more than 370 high-profile guests from the contact centre industry in the North West of the UK. Speaking after the awards, Jane Thomas, Director of the North West Contact Centre Forum commented, “With over 700 centres, the North West is home to some of the most dynamic and successful brands in the UK, many of which were represented at the Awards Dinner.”
Contact Centre Sales Director, Kevin O’Connor [pictured] presented two awards on the night on behalf of Premier CX. The first, ‘Hero of the Year’, jointly won by Gerson Da Silva [pictured] of Liberata UK, and Dave Biggs of Home Retail Group. The second, ‘Best People Engagement’, which was awarded to Electricity North West. Kevin spoke on presenting the awards, “I see improvements in customer experience every year at this event. It’s great to be part of a contact centre circuit that promotes diversity and enjoyment within its culture, so congratulations to all the winners and I’m sure we’ll see you again next year!”
