With a distinguished background in digital communication strategies and customer engagement solutions, Gareth brings a wealth of experience, including leading the EMEA Partnership team for the WhatsApp Business Platform at Meta.

Gareth has worked with blue chip brands to turn their business messaging and conversational commerce into reality and brings a fresh perspective to Premier CX. His arrival marks a pivotal moment in our company’s journey, spearheading the development of an exciting new WhatsApp proposition to further enhance our CX services.

He has been successful in changing customer interactions across Europe, Middle East and Africa in multiple verticals such as banking, travel & leisure, retail, e-commerce, CPG, beauty and more. Impacts that included increasing revenue and sales as well as increasing contact centre efficiency whilst simultaneously enhancing CSAT scores.

His expertise in developing and implementing advanced customer engagement strategies is perfectly aligned with Premier CX's commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. His leadership is expected to accelerate our mission to provide clients with exceptional solutions that meet evolving demands.
