Step 1: Ideation 💡

We kick things off with a discovery meeting—a creative huddle featuring you, your Account Director and a member of our Creative Team (your new video best friend). 

Together, we dive into your contact centre's hot topics, challenges and opportunities. We discuss and explore how FAQs or learning and development videos can help you achieve your goals. 

Got ideas? Bring them. Need inspiration? We’ve got plenty. 

To get your creative gears turning our experts will also bring video ideas from our extensive experience with other clients

By the end of this session, we’ll have:

  • A solid list of video concepts
  • A smart plan for moving forward
  • A summary of what gets produced now vs. later.

 

Step 2: Briefs & Branding 📂

In step 2, we firm up the list of your videos, sort them by priority or timeline and get really clear on the creative direction. 

At this point, think style, tone and all the visual elements. 

To keep everything on-brand, we’ll ask for:

  1. Your brand guidelines
  2. High-res logos and visual assets  
  3. All approved fonts
We want any assets or context that helps your videos look and feel authentically you.

We’ll also confirm your key contacts for feedback and approvals, so from this point forward, things move like clockwork. ⏰ 

 

Step 3: Script Development 📝

Now we write the story. This is where words meet vision.

Our Creative Team gets to work crafting the script and sketching out a roadmap that combines what we’re saying with what you’ll be seeing.

We do all the work internally so you don’t have to!

Once we send it your way, you can mark it up, suggest changes or greenlight it straight away.🚦

 This step is all about perfecting the message before we bring it all to life.

 

Step 4: Draft Video 📽️

Lights, Camera, First Cut . 

At step 4, things really start to come together.

With your approved script, music and voiceover in hand, we build the first draft of your transformative, new video. 

When it’s finished, we’ll send over a preview link for your review. 🔗

This is your chance to see the magic in motion and get a feel for the final product.

 

Step 5: Revisions 💬

You’ve got (up to) three rounds of edits—and we’re not stingy. Our team will go above and beyond to accommodate any new request or iteration.

Each round gives you the freedom to make as many changes as needed. 

Tweak the timing? Change a word? Adjust a logo size? Consider it done. 

Once you give the final thumbs up, we export your video in all the formats you need.

Easy, breezy and beautifully polished. ✨

 

Step 6: Hosting – Ready for Action 🖥️

Once your video is approved and finalised, we make sure it’s hosted and ready to go. 

Whether it's internal training or an external FAQ, your video will be accessible, secure and just a click away.
