Co-op Honoured in European Contact Centre Customer Experience Awards
Premier CX found themselves as privileged guests of Co-op Food & Membership Services at the 2016 European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA).
The Hilton Hotel on Park Lane played host to the annual customer experience awards, where a shortlist featured household names from some of the biggest brands across all of Europe. Presented by television newsreader, journalist and anchor Fiona Bruce, and accompanied by Olympic Swimming British Gold Medallist, Rebecca Adlington, the event brought together some of the most ferocious competitors in the contact centre industry.
It was a fantastic night capped-off with a European bronze award for Co-op in the ‘Most Effective Improvement Strategy’ category. The award was yet another highlight for Co-op over the last twelve months and it’s always lovely when one of our customers recognise the great work we deliver… "We were ecstatic to be shortlisted for these European awards, and it’s even better when you win something! Premier CX have been a big part in our improvement and have really helped steer us along a pathway that is leading to huge success in our contact centre operation" comments Claire Carroll, Head of Customer & Member Services [pictured].
Our very own Kev Freeman (Contact Centre Customer Experience Development Director) [pictured] was on hand to join the celebrations and photo-bomb Co-op’s moment of glory. The only downside for Kev being “…the more we help our amazing customers’ to win awards the more incredible nights I have to attend on behalf of Premier. It’s a hard life!”
