Welsh Contact Centre Awards 2017

Premier CX were proud sponsors of the Welsh Contact Centre Awards which were held at the iconic Wales Millennium Centre this year, celebrating excellence and innovation across the industry. The glamorous award ceremony on 3rd March 2017 was attended by about 750 guests from across the Welsh contact centre industry and was hosted by comedian Jason Manford.

Sandra Busby, Managing Director of the Welsh Contact Centre Forum, the organisers of the event, said: "The Forum is thrilled to be recognising the exceptional people and organisations that make up the dynamic

As sponsors of the ‘Customer Engagement’ award, our very own Kevin O’Connor, Sales Director at Premier CX, was delighted to present the accolade to Target, a software driven service provider for loans, investments and insurance, who are extremely dedicated to their customer service.

Judged by a number of contact centre industry leaders, a total of 25 organisations and individuals were honoured for their outstanding contributions to the industry by the end of the evening, while the audience was treated to a sparkling gala evening, including music, entertainment,
a 3-course dinner and after party.
