Last week the Marriott hotel in Bristol played host to the annual South West Contact Centre Awards, which saw both call centres and employees being honoured for their hard work and contributions to the thriving industry. Much to the delight of the audience, the ceremony was hosted by comedian Stephen K Amos, whose charm and quick wit helped to make the evening one to remember.
On the night we were delighted to be asked to present four awards, including the two awards in contact centre customer experience that we proudly sponsored. We had the pleasure of giving LV both the Large Contact Centre of the Year and the Performance and Quality award. We also presented the Small Contact Centre of the Year award to Mira Showers and the Medium Contact Centre of the Year to Southwest One.
When speaking about the event, Kevin O’Connor (pictured with Stephen K Amos and Southwest One) commented "What a night. Everyone had such a good time and we saw some fantastic companies being recognised for their outstanding customer service work. It's events like this that really prove the importance of great customer experience."
