Premier CX Audio Marketing AwardsThe annual Audibles awards from the Audio Marketing Association (Europe) saw a clean sweep for Hampshire based, customer experience specialists, Premier CX.

Now in its 5th year, the AMA Audibles awards receives entries from European based audio marketing organisations. As one of the only audio industry awards in Europe, the Audibles focus on rewarding creative excellence and innovation in the creative audio marketing sector.

Judged by international media marketing professionals, Premier CX scooped the top prize in every category. Classifications included, Most Creative Script, Most Effective Production and Best Call Centre Audio. One of the three judges was, Tom Trones, Audio Identity Lead for Cisco. He was especially impressed by the Premier CX productions for Santander Cycles, Northumbrian Water, and Anatolian Sky, commenting: “Great use of audio effects to transition and tell a story. The choice of voices and styles works really well.”

Upon hearing that their Santander Cycles audio ensemble had won the Most Effective Production, Chris de Souza, Contact Centre Manager erupted in delight, stating: “This entire project has been like a dream! I relished the opportunity to inform TfL and relay the glowing feedback to the team here”.

Since 1996, Premier CX have been creating award-winning audio productions for market leading international brands such as BT, Santander, Hilton, BMW, TUI, Virgin, O2 and Prudential, to name but a few. Upon winning the awards, Head of Creative, Charlie Rees said: “I can’t believe it! I’m absolutely speechless! What a fantastic team effort!”

Customer experience is clearly becoming more valued amongst organisations in response to consumer behaviour. Increased market competition and new media means that consumers have a more effective ‘voice’, actively becoming more vocal on their individual experiences with businesses and brands. In the coming years, the AMA will be strengthening their focus on customer touch points to reflect this change in attitudes.
